Conference is scheduled to hold from the 19th to 21st of March, 2025.

Registration Fee of either $1000, $1100 or $1250 covers the cost of attending the conference for the three days, all social events, tea breaks and lunch.

Yes.

  1. We will upload discounted room rates from Conference venue alongside a link for booking very shortly.
  2. There are plans to engage Qatar airways and a few other airlines for discounted rates, we will update the website with information as soon as we agree with them.
Eventbrite is charged in Pound Sterling and Flutterwave is charged in Dollars.

Considering the restrictions placed by CBN on international transactions, you will be unable to use your Naira card for payment. Kindly use a dollar card or make transfer/cash payment to register.

No, it does not affect our Conference. We were able to secure visa for our Nigerian delegates for the conference in 2023 and 2024.

Yes, we will continue to upload all information regarding the conference as we go along.

Up to 120days prior to conference start date

Total amount excluding transaction fee is refundable.

120 days – 31days to conference start date

Non-refundable. Registration can however be deferred to the next conference year with the delegate paying any difference in fee.

Within conference month

Full registration fee will be forfeited.
